Cancellation Policy

Please understand you are important to us, and we value the opportunity to continue to serve as your cleaning specialist. Your time slot is reserved unless we hear from you.

If you need to cancel a cleaning, we do ask for 2 business days notice. We assess a lock out fee equal to ½ of the routine cleaning cost when we are not notified at all. A second or more occurrence and we charge the full cost of the cleaning.

Pet Policy

We love our animals!!! But please, when we are in your home we can not be responsible for your animals. Although your pet may know us, that duster looks dangerous. It can look very threatening to them, especially if children are in the room. For everyone's safety, please secure the animals while we are there.
